If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, used or worn jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange/Return is accepted only if:

• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged product received
• Manufacturing defect

Items must be unused & unworn to qualify.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation. Processing times may vary.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
